We're Hiring | Corporate Travel Executive

Are you an experienced travel professional with expertise in managing end-to-end corporate travel? Join a leading Steel Industry organization and play a key role in ensuring seamless travel experiences for employees, senior management, clients, investors, and guests.

Location: Corporate Office, Raipur

Position: Corporate Travel Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Any Discipline)

Experience: 3–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, trains, hotels, cabs, and other transportation.
- Coordinate travel for employees, senior management, guests, investors, clients, and visitors.
- Liaise with airlines, hotels, travel agencies, and transport vendors.
- Prepare travel itineraries and manage last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergencies.
- Handle visa processing, travel insurance, and international travel documentation.
- Negotiate competitive rates with travel partners and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies while optimizing travel costs.
- Maintain travel records, invoices, expense tracking, and MIS reports.
- Provide complete travel support before, during, and after official trips.

Skills & Requirements




- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in Corporate Travel Coordination or Administration.
- Strong knowledge of domestic travel across India with basic international travel exposure.
- Positive network with airlines, hotels, travel agencies, and transport providers.
- Excellent planning, coordination, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online travel booking platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple travel requests under tight timelines.
