Role Description The Corporate Relations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with corporate partners, recruiters, and industry stakeholders. This role involves identifying and securing partnerships that support learner placements, internships, and team-oriented projects, while maintaining a strong pipeline of corporate opportunities.

The Corporate Relations

Manager will coordinate with internal teams to align training programs with industry needs, organize employer engagement activities such as career fairs and networking events, and gather feedback from partners to enhance offerings.



Daily tasks include outreach and communication with corporate clients, preparing proposals and partnership agreements, tracking engagement metrics, and representing Growcline Global in external meetings and events. The role also requires close collaboration with the placement and academic teams to ensure that learners are prepared for corporate expectations and hiring processes.

Qualifications

- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience in corporate partnerships, business development, or institutional relations.
- Proficiency in communication, presentation, and negotiation, with the ability to interact effectively with senior industry professionals and internal teams.
- Experience in career services, recruitment, talent acquisition, or placement coordination, preferably within education, training, or edtech environments.
- Ability to analyze market trends and employer needs, and translate them into actionable collaboration and placement opportunities for learners.
- Organizational and project management skills to plan and execute events, employer outreach campaigns, and partnership initiatives.
- Comfort working with data and reports to track partner engagement, placement outcomes, and relationship performance.
- Familiarity with technology-driven learning, upskilling programs, or domains such as SAP, analytics, or AI is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate across teams, and adapt to a fast-moving, learner-centric environment.
