Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in the BFSI sector to lead and expand our corporate partnerships. The role will focus on building robust relationships with BFSI organizations to drive job guarantee programs, ensuring consistent placement opportunities for candidates.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead end-to-end corporate partnerships with BFSI organizations (Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs, Insurance companies)
● Drive hunting, mining and farming across key accounts to build a strong placement pipeline
● Identify and onboard new BFSI partners for job guarantee programs
● Strengthen existing relationships to increase hiring mandates and repeat business
● Collaborate with internal teams (L&D;, operations, talent acquisition) to align candidate supply with client demand
● Understand hiring trends and workforce needs within the BFSI sector
● Negotiate commercial terms and close partnership agreements
● Ensure fulfillment of hiring commitments and maintain high client satisfaction
● Track revenue, placements and account performance metrics
