Gulshan Polyols Ltd. is looking for an experienced Corporate EHS Head – Environment & Safety for our Head Office, Delhi .

Location: Delhi – Head Office

Experience: 10–15 Years

CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA

Industry: Distillery / Ethanol / Sugar / Starch / Chemical / Process Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

- Lead EHS strategy and compliance across multiple manufacturing plants.
- Liaise with SPCB, CPCB, CGWA and other regulatory authorities .
- Handle CTE, CTO, Environmental Clearance (EC) and Ground Water compliances .
- Monitor environmental compliance, ETP/STP, waste management and pollution-control systems.
- Conduct EHS audits, risk assessments, incident investigations and CAPA.
- Implement EHS policies, SOPs, PTW systems and safety standards.
- Ensure Fire Safety, Emergency Preparedness and Contractor Safety compliance.
- Monitor statutory compliance and coordinate regulatory inspections.




- Prepare EHS MIS and compliance reports for Senior Management.

Candidate Profile 10–15 years of relevant EHS experience

Strong experience in PCB liaisoning, CTE, CTO, EC & CGWA

Hands-on experience in environmental and statutory compliances

Distillery / Ethanol / Sugar / Starch / Chemical industry experience preferred

Robust leadership and stakeholder-management skills

Ability to manage EHS compliance across multiple plants

Qualification

B.Tech/B.E. (Environmental / Chemical ) or PG Diploma in Industrial Safety / Environmental Management preferred.
