Role Description The Corporate Finance Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting financial planning, analysis, and decision-making across PInterview’s operations. Daily activities include building and maintaining financial models, conducting detailed financial and accounting analysis, and preparing reports and dashboards for leadership. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate new initiatives, assess profitability, monitor key performance indicators, and support budgeting and forecasting processes.

This role also involves identifying financial risks and opportunities,



recommending improvements to financial processes and controls, and contributing to strategic projects that drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in core Finance and Financial Analysis, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Financial Modeling and Analytical Skills to develop forecasts, scenarios, and performance metrics.
- Solid understanding of Accounting principles and practices relevant to corporate finance environments.
- Advanced skills in Excel and other financial tools; experience with BI or data visualization tools is beneficial.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Clear and concise communication skills, including the ability to present complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
- Experience in a technology, online education, or startup environment is a plus, along with a demonstrated interest in career development and learning solutions.
