Role Description The Control Room Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Recent Delhi, responsible for monitoring highway operations and coordinating incident responses. Day-to-day activities include observing live feeds and monitoring communication channels, logging events, and promptly escalating issues such as accidents, breakdowns, or road hazards to the appropriate field teams.

The role involves coordinating with patrolling staff, emergency services, and maintenance crews, ensuring accurate and timely information flow to minimize disruption and enhance safety.

The Control Room

Officer will maintain detailed reports, update status dashboards, and follow standard operating procedures for incident management and routine operations. The position also includes supporting compliance with company protocols,



collaborating with supervisors and project managers, and participating in regular reviews to improve control room efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong monitoring and coordination skills, including experience working with control room systems, CCTV feeds, and communication equipment.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and documentation abilities, including clear verbal communication, incident reporting, and basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, and incident logs).
- Having Experience of Monthly DPR,MPR, Quarterly report, Accident and Incident Report, 1033 Helpline Support
- Having 4-5 Years experience of NHAI highways and expressway Toll CRO
- Having Proper Knowledge of NHAI Control Room Work
- Candidates should possess sound judgment and problem-solving skills, including the ability to prioritize incidents, make quick decisions under pressure, and follow standardized procedures.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and work in shift-based environments when required.
- Relevant experience in infrastructure, highway operations, traffic management, or security/control room environments is preferred.
- A minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma or degree in engineering, infrastructure management, transportation, or a related field is an advantage.
- Comfort working in an on-site control room environment in New Delhi, with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and teamwork.

Salary- 18,000-20,000 Per Month Location- Delhi, Gwalior, Bangalore, Jaipur,Tirupati, Chittor, Bareilly

Qualification- Diploma in Any Field
