KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare Continental dishes as per recipes and standards
- Maintain taste, quality and presentation
- Manage food preparation and kitchen operations
- Maintain hygiene and food-safety standards
- Control food wastage and portion sizes
- Coordinate with kitchen team during service
