POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Content Writer to join our team. This role focuses on drafting high-impact immigration and professional documentation for working professionals, entrepreneurs, researchers, executives, and students pursuing international opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing abilities, strong analytical skills, and the ability to transform complex professional backgrounds into compelling narratives for immigration petitions, visa applications, and academic admissions.

** Training will be provided to candidates who possess strong writing, research, analytical, and communication skills but may not have prior experience in immigration or petition writing. We value aptitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and will provide the necessary domain-specific training to help candidates succeed in the role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

IMMIGRATION & PETITION WRITING

Draft and refine professional immigration documents, including:

- Personal Statements

- Letters of Intent

- Letters of Recommendation

- Expert Opinion Support Documents

- Employment Verification Letters

- Petition Support Letters

- Visa Cover Letters
- Response-to-RFE Support Documents

- Explanatory Statements and Affidavits

Additional responsibilities include
- Collaborate with clients to gather information and develop persuasive narratives that effectively present qualifications, achievements, and eligibility for immigration and visa categories.
- Create and optimize resumes, CVs, executive biographies,



professional profiles, and career summaries for global opportunities.
- Develop achievement-based documentation highlighting skilled accomplishments, research contributions, leadership experience, and industry impact.
- Assist clients in organizing and presenting supporting evidence for immigration, employment, and academic applications.

CLIENT CONSULTATION & CASE SUPPORT
- Conduct consultations with working professionals, researchers, entrepreneurs, and students to understand their backgrounds and documentation needs.
- Guide clients on documentation requirements, application strategies, and supporting materials for various visa and immigration pathways.
- Provide content-related support throughout the petition preparation and application process.

ACADEMIC APPLICATION WRITING
- Draft and edit Statements of Purpose (SOPs), Letters of Recommendation (LORs), Personal Statements, and other admission-related documents.
- Assist students in presenting their academic, professional, and career goals effectively to universities.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
- Review, edit, and proofread all documents to ensure clarity, consistency, accuracy, and professional presentation.
- Maintain high standards of quality and compliance across all client deliverables.

COLLABORATION
- Work closely with counselors, advisors, case managers, and documentation specialists to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Contribute to process improvements, content templates, and knowledge resources.
