RoboTouch is a WellnessTech and lifestyle electronics brand focused on creating futuristic electric massage chairs and wellness experiences for modern homes, offices, hospitality spaces, and premium commercial environments.

We are looking for a Content Strategist who can think beyond captions, blogs, and social media posts. This role is for someone who understands how content can build trust, educate customers, influence purchase decisions, improve lead quality, and strengthen the overall brand experience.

This is a role for a storyteller who respects data, and a strategist who understands emotion.

About the Role

As a Content Strategist at RoboTouch, you will own the way our brand speaks across digital platforms, website pages, product listings, campaigns, ads, brochures, videos, blogs, and customer communication.

You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, Content Writer, Digital Design & Brand Associate, sales team, and leadership to create content that is clear, persuasive, premium, and performance-driven.

Your work should help answer one key question:

What You’ll Be Working On

- Build and execute a content strategy aligned with RoboTouch’s brand, products, customer journey, and business goals
- Create content frameworks for the RoboTouch website, landing pages, blogs, product pages, ads, brochures, videos, and digital campaigns
- Write and guide high-impact content for product communication, wellness benefits, customer education, comparisons, FAQs, and buying guides
- Develop scripts for reels, explainer videos, product videos, showroom walkthroughs, customer testimonials, and ad campaigns
- Work with the Digital Design & Brand Associate to ensure written content and visual design create one unified brand experience
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to improve ad copies, lead-generation campaigns,



campaign messaging, and conversion-focused content
- Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams to understand real customer questions, objections, feedback, and buying behaviour
- Use Google Analytics, Search Console, SEO tools, and campaign data to understand what content is working and what needs improvement
- Research keywords, search intent, customer pain points, competitor messaging, and wellness/lifestyle trends
- Create content for marketplace product listings across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, Tata Cliq, Pepperfry, JioMart, and similar platforms
- Understand platform-specific content behaviour and create tailored content strategies for platforms such as X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube, Pinterest, Quora, and Reddit
- Know what type of content performs best on each platform and adapt messaging, tone, format, storytelling style, and creative direction accordingly
- Ability to create platform-native content strategies focused on audience behaviour, engagement patterns, trends, discoverability, and conversion opportunities across different social media ecosystems
- Maintain consistency in RoboTouch’s tone of voice across all customer-facing touchpoints
- Turn data, insights, and product knowledge into content that improves traffic, leads, conversions, and customer trust

Ideal Candidate

- Strong experience in content strategy, copywriting, SEO, and digital communication
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to simplify complex product features into clear customer benefits
- Solid understanding of branding principles, brand communication, and customer psychology




- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Good understanding of SEO, keyword intent, content funnels, and conversion-driven writing
- Ability to analyse data and turn it into actionable content improvements
- Comfortable working with marketing, design, sales, and leadership teams
- Solid ownership mindset with the ability to plan, execute, review, and improve
- Deep understanding of how content formats differ across social media platforms and the ability to strategically tailor content for platform-specific audiences
- Someone who can balance premium brand storytelling with measurable business results

Bonus Skills

- Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, or similar SEO tools
- Experience writing for e-commerce, D2C, luxury, wellness, electronics, healthcare, fitness, or lifestyle brands
- Experience creating scripts for video ads, reels, product explainers, and testimonial videos
- Understanding of performance marketing, lead generation, Meta Ads, and Google Ads
- Ability to use AI tools for research, ideation, content structuring, and creative workflows
- Experience analysing social platform trends, audience behaviour, and viral content patterns to improve brand visibility and engagement
