We are looking for someone who is not just positive at creating content, but can also plan, manage, execute and optimise the entire content pipeline while being highly confident and engaging in front of the camera.

What You'll Do

- Own and manage TrekPanda's content calendar across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
- Conceptualise and create engaging Reels, short-form videos, destination content, travel stories, carousels and social media content .
- Be a strong and confident on-camera personality , regularly appearing in TrekPanda's videos.
- Host destination videos, travel explainers, promotional videos, travel tips, storytelling content and other video formats.
- Develop creative concepts, hooks and scripts that are designed to capture attention and drive engagement.
- Manage the complete content production process — ideation → scripting → shooting → editing → publishing → performance analysis .
- Identify trending content formats, topics, sounds and opportunities relevant to the travel industry.
- Plan and produce content around TrekPanda's tours, destinations, campaigns, offers and brand initiatives.
- Coordinate with the design, marketing, photography, videography and operations teams whenever required.
- Travel to destinations and locations for shoots when required.
- Track content performance and use analytics and audience insights to improve future content.
- Maintain a consistent and recognisable TrekPanda content style across platforms.




- Continuously experiment with new formats and ideas to increase reach, engagement and brand awareness.

What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in content creation, content production, social media or a similar role.
- Excellent on-camera presence — confident, expressive, energetic and natural while speaking to the camera.
- Strong communication, storytelling and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop scripts, hooks and concepts independently.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and short-form video.
- Good understanding of shooting, framing, lighting and basic video production.
- Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar .
- Strong understanding of social media trends, formats and audience behaviour.
- Ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously and deliver consistently.
- Highly creative, proactive and execution-oriented.
- Willingness to travel for content shoots when required.
