? What You'll Do

As a Content Intern at KraftedX, you'll work across the full content process, from the first idea to the numbers a post pulls after it goes live. You'll support our creators and our in-house content engines, working closely with creative directors, writers, editors, and strategists.

Your responsibilities may include some or multiple of the following:

- Ideation & Research: Bring ideas to the table, research topics, trends, and formats, and build strong reference libraries for the team.
- Writing: Write copy for LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletters, scripts, and other digital formats, adapting tone and style for each platform.
- Collaborative Creation: Work with creative directors, designers, and editors to take content from brief to draft to final asset, turning creative direction and feedback into publishable work.
- Publishing & Distribution: Schedule and publish content while maintaining calendars and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Data & Platform Analysis: Track performance, turn numbers into observations the team can act on, and stay on top of what's working across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
