We are looking for a Creative Producer / AI Content Creator who can combine creativity, storytelling, marketing understanding, and AI-powered tools to develop engaging content and creative campaigns for our brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts and content ideas for social media, websites, campaigns, presentations, advertisements, and other marketing channels.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, and other emerging AI platforms to create and enhance content, visuals, presentations, scripts, and campaign concepts.
- Produce AI-assisted creatives, social media content, short-form videos, reels, presentations, product visuals, and marketing assets.
- Develop creative briefs, storyboards, scripts, captions, campaign concepts, and content calendars.
- Research market trends, competitors, consumer behaviour, and emerging content formats to identify new creative opportunities.
- Plan and coordinate product photography, video shoots, and other creative production activities for websites, social media, advertising, and marketing materials.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand products, campaigns,



and business requirements and convert them into engaging creative content.
- Assist in developing and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, tone, and overall communication across platforms.
- Monitor content and campaign performance and use insights to improve future creative output.
- Experiment with new AI tools, creative technologies, content formats, and production techniques.
- Take ownership of creative projects from ideation and concept development to production and final execution.
- Support the marketing team with presentations, promotional materials, campaign assets, and other creative requirements.

What We're Looking For

- 2–3 years of experience in Creative Production, Content Creation, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Social Media, or a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with AI-powered creative and content-generation tools.
- Ability to use AI tools to develop content concepts, visuals, scripts, presentations, campaigns, and creative ideas.
- Robust understanding of social media content, digital marketing, visual communication, and current content trends.
- Good creative thinking, storytelling, writing,



and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of graphic design, video content, photography, and creative production workflows.
- Ability to transform a brief or business requirement into a clear and engaging creative concept.
- Highly proactive, curious, and willing to experiment with new tools and technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple creative projects and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a high level of ownership.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Canva / Canva AI or similar creative platforms.
- Familiarity with AI image, video, presentation, and copy-generation tools.
- Basic understanding of Reels, short-form videos, social media creatives, and content marketing.
- Experience in product photography or coordinating photoshoots.
- A strong creative portfolio or examples of previous AI-assisted content will be an advantage.
