Betterway is India's leading Specialist in spine and joint care, a full-stack, outcome-focused care platform deeply rooted in the Ayurvedic science of holistic medicine. We own the patient journey end to end via Diagnosis, Panchakarma, Medicine, Diet counseling and Physiotherapy, making treatment transparent and accessible for Urban users suffering from chronic musculoskeletal disorders.

About the Role

As a Content creator for social media at Betterway, you will co-create and shape the Betterway brand's presence across social media platforms, namely Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp. You will work alongside the founders directly, getting close visibility into brand strategy while owning execution end-to-end.

The aim is to build a credible, conversation-worthy brand around natural, holistic spine and joint care for Urban Indians. This goal will be accomplished through the execution of the roles and responsibilities outlined below:

- Conceptualise and create engaging, original content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp that aligns with the brand's objectives
- Content includes but is not restricted to short-form videos, reels, images, captions, and interactive content
- Execute end-to-end video production, including filming, Basic editing ( CapCut, VN ) and visual polish, to deliver high-quality content




- Stay ahead of social media trends and cultural moments to keep the content calendar sharp and relevant
- Track content performance (reach, engagement) and iterate based on data
- Engage with the community across channels, responding to comments and messages
- Support on-ground content needs during patient events, campaigns, and shoots

What We Desire

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry exposure with a knack for content and is comfortable with being in in front of the camera.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in content creation, preferably in healthcare, D2C, or a fast-paced startup, and is a creator at heart.
- Extensive knowledge of what it takes to engage an audience, including shooting, video production, and social media
- Ability to turn a concept into compelling content, while staying true to our brand voice and identity
- Hands-on skills in basic video editing and design (Canva) would be an added advantage.
- First principles problem solver with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
