About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator Intern who is passionate about social media, content creation, Reels and video editing.

The intern will work on real client projects and learn how to plan, create and manage engaging social media content.

If you enjoy coming up with creative ideas, watching Instagram trends, creating Reels and experimenting with new content formats, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative content ideas for Instagram and other social media platforms
- Research trending topics, Reels, sounds, formats and content styles
- Develop ideas for Reels, Stories, carousels and static posts
- Write creative hooks, captions and short video scripts
- Assist in preparing monthly social media content calendars
- Shoot and edit basic short-form videos/Reels when required
- Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, VN, Canva, Premiere Pro or similar tools
- Add text, transitions, music, subtitles and other basic elements to videos
- Repurpose existing content into different social media formats
- Understand each client's brand, target audience and communication style
- Work closely with the design, video editing and digital marketing teams
- Participate in content brainstorming and campaign planning




- Follow current social media trends and suggest recent content ideas
- Make content changes based on client feedback
- Maintain quality and consistency across different client profiles

Skills Required

- Good creativity and storytelling skills
- Strong interest in Instagram and social media
- Basic video editing knowledge is important
- Ability to create and edit short-form videos/Reels
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools
- Good understanding of Instagram content formats
- Ability to identify and use relevant trends
- Good writing and communication skills
- Good research skills
- Interest in learning AI tools for content creation
- Ability to understand different brands and audiences
- Creative mindset and willingness to experiment
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Responsible, proactive and willing to learn

You don't need to know all these tools. A willingness to learn is more important.
