Grow Commerce is a global e-commerce growth company helping Indian brands launch and scale internationally across marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Etsy.

We are looking for a Content Creator & Social Media Manager who can combine creativity with execution and take ownership of Grow Commerce's social media presence.

Key Responsibilities1. Content Creation

- Develop creative and engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create Reels, short-form videos, carousels, static posts, stories, and educational content.
- Develop content around global e-commerce, exports, Amazon, international selling, entrepreneurship, and Grow Commerce services.
- Write strong hooks, captions, scripts, CTAs, and storytelling concepts.
- Stay updated with trending formats, sounds, memes, and social media trends and adapt them to the brand.

2. Social Media Management

- Manage Grow Commerce's social media accounts and maintain a consistent brand presence.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Schedule and publish content regularly.
- Monitor comments, DMs, mentions, and audience interactions.
- Build and engage the online community.
- Maintain consistent brand tone, messaging, and visual identity.

3. Video Production & Editing

- Shoot and edit short-form videos and Reels.
- Create engaging videos from existing footage, images, and graphics.
- Add subtitles, transitions, sound effects, music, and relevant visual elements.
- Work with founders/team members to plan and execute video content.
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form pieces.

4. Content Strategy

- Research competitors, industry trends, and audience interests.
- Identify content opportunities that can increase reach, engagement, and leads.
- Develop content pillars and recurring content series.
- Experiment with different formats and creative approaches.
- Use analytics to understand what content performs best and improve future content.

5. Performance & Reporting

- Track social media metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement,



followers, watch time, saves, shares, and leads.
- Prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify high-performing and low-performing content.
- Continuously improve the content strategy based on data.

Required Skills

- 1–4 years of experience in content creation and/or social media management.
- Solid understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Excellent knowledge of Reels and short-form video content.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Ability to identify and adapt social media trends quickly.
- Basic-to-advanced video editing skills.
- Good understanding of Canva and tools such as Premiere Pro, or similar.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred

- Experience working with e-commerce, D2C, startup, or personal-brand accounts.
- Experience creating business/educational content.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram Insights and social media analytics.
- Comfortable appearing on camera or coordinating shoots with team members.
- Photography/video shooting skills.
- Understanding of LinkedIn content and B2B marketing.
