IECL STUDIOS is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and social-media-savvy Social Media Marketing Intern to join our energetic team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, basic video editing, and brand promotion.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation: Create engaging and creative content for platforms such as YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, comedy sketches, and digital gags.
- Social Media Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor social media performance and analyze key metrics using relevant analytics tools.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the team to brainstorm, develop, and execute innovative content ideas and campaigns.
- Social Media Management: Manage and maintain Facebook and Instagram accounts, including regular posting, content scheduling, audience engagement, post collaborations, influencer/creator collaborations, and coordination of social media campaigns.
- Graphic Design: Use Canva to create visually appealing graphics, promotional creatives, thumbnails, and social media posts.
- Basic Video Editing: Edit short-form and social media videos using tools such as CapCut, VN, or similar video editing software, including basic cuts, transitions, text, subtitles, music, and effects.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain social media records, content calendars, campaign data,



and performance reports using MS Excel and MS Office.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and content creation
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and engaging ideas
- Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
- Familiarity with social media posting, scheduling, collaborations, and audience engagement
- Basic knowledge of video editing using CapCut, VN, or similar tools
- Proficiency in Canva, MS Excel, and MS Office
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced creative environment
- Prior experience with social media or content creation is a plus, but freshers are welcome to apply
