> The Consultant is responsible for providing high-quality patient care in their respective specialty/department. The role involves diagnosing, treating, and managing patients, supervising junior medical staff, and ensuring compliance with medical ethics, hospital policies, and NABH standards. Consultants are also expected to contribute to academic activities, patient education, and departmental growth.

- Key Responsibilities

- Provide outpatient, inpatient, and emergency care as per specialty.

- Conduct patient consultations, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning.

- Perform medical/surgical procedures as per clinical privileges granted.

- Ensure accurate medical documentation and maintain patient records.

- Supervise and guide junior doctors, residents, nurses, and support staff.

- Participate in departmental meetings, audits, and quality improvement programs.

- Qualifications Experience

- Minimum 3-5 years of post-specialty experience (fresh consultants may be considered based on need).

- Valid registration with Rajasthan Medical Council.
