Qualification

- MD / DNB in General Medicine from a recognized institution.
- (Note: MS is generally a surgical qualification; for General Medicine, MD/DNB is the standard qualification.)
- Valid National Medical Commission (NMC) / State Medical Council Registration.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Experience
- 0–1 Year
- Fresh MD/DNB graduates are welcome.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage patients with acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Conduct OPD consultations and IPD rounds.
- Assess, investigate, diagnose, and formulate treatment plans.
- Handle medical emergencies and stabilize patients.
- Interpret laboratory and radiology reports.
- Coordinate with specialists for multidisciplinary patient care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
- Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment,



and preventive healthcare.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and clinical guidelines.

Required Skills
- Strong clinical and diagnostic abilities.
- Sound knowledge of Internal Medicine.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Patient-centric approach with ethical medical practice.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and emergency duties.

Salary Best in Industry (Negotiable based on qualifications and interview performance.)

Preferred Candidate

- Immediate joiner preferred.
- Willing to relocate to Agartala, Tripura.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
