Role Overview
We are looking for a customer-focused Dentist who can instantly connect with customers, provide professional video consultations, explain explicit aligner treatments, and create an excellent customer experience.
This is a Work From Home opportunity focused on customer consultation and treatment conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide video consultations to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and explain the clear aligner treatment process.
- Explain treatment benefits, process, and expected outcomes to customers.
- Get trained in and effectively use 3D imaging technology.
- Recommend and sell Toothsi’s clear aligner solutions to prospective patients.
- Build trust and create a positive customer experience during consultations.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with potential customers and patients.
- Address customer queries and concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams wherever required to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Achieve consultation and conversion targets as per business requirements.
Requirements
- BDS/MDS qualification is mandatory.
- Freshers with BDS/MDS degrees are welcome to apply.
- Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and convincing skills.
- Ability to explain dental treatments in a simple and customer-friendly manner.
- Strong interest in sales and customer conversion.
- Quick learner with an eagerness to learn new technology and processes.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable conducting video consultations and interacting with customers virtually.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and suitable setup for Work From Home.
Compensation & Work Schedule
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 Gross per month
- Work Mode: Work From Home
- Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Weekly Off: 1 day between Monday to Friday
- Weekends: Working
