Experience - 3- 7 years

- Below would be the key responsibilities Act as the domain expert for SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules

C onfiguration, testing, and deployment of compensation and advantages solutions aligned with business requirements.

Support integration efforts between SuccessFactors modules and our payroll systems.

Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and process optimization for compensation and benefits functionalities.

Participate in workshops, stakeholder meetings, and training sessions to drive user adoption and solution enhancement.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate policies related to compensation, benefits, and payroll in an ever-evolving landscape.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SuccessFactors Compensation module updates, best practices, and emerging trends in global HR IT.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience in compensation and benefits.

3+ years of hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules, preferably in large-scale, global implementations.

Strong understanding of compensation benefits concepts, payroll processes,



and their IT enablement.

Proficiency in SuccessFactors configuration tools, workflows, business rules, and integration points.

Good knowledge of payroll and time management solutions (SAP HCM Payroll) is a plus.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to handle complex compensation scenarios.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.

Ability to work collaboratively in cross-cultural, geographically dispersed teams and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
