Role Description

TheBusiness Analyst will serve as a strategic partner to business stakeholders bytranslating business objectives into actionable insights and scalabledata-driven solutions. The role requires strong Python-based analytics andautomation expertise as the primary technical competency, followed by advancedSQL skills for data extraction, validation, and analysis. Theincumbent will work closely with business teams and development resources todrive reporting excellence, process efficiency, and business transformationinitiatives.

Required Competencies, Skills,and Experience

- Strong hands-on experience in Python for data analysis, reportingautomation, business problem-solving, and process optimization.

Pythonproficiency is the most critical technical requirement for this role.

- Strong expertise in SQL for data extraction, querying, validation,data analysis, and reporting.
- Strong expertise in Business Analysis,Requirement Gathering, and Stakeholder Management.

- Experience in developing MIS, managementreports, dashboards, and business performance analytics.
- Understanding data warehousing conceptsand cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake or similar technologies.
- Exposure to ETL/ELT processes,



datatransformation frameworks (DBT preferred), and workflow automation tools.

- Knowledge of data visualization andreporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of Finance and Accountingprocesses, financial reporting, and business performance metrics.
- Experience working with Agile projectdelivery methodologies and distributed/offshore teams.

- Knowledge of AI, automation, andemerging analytics technologies will be an added advantage.
