Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy production-ready Generative AI and LLM-based applications using Python.
- Build RAG applications using embeddings, vector search, and retrieval-based architectures.
- Develop LLM-powered solutions, AI agents, integrations, and POCs for enterprise use cases.
- Implement Prompt Engineering techniques to improve LLM response quality and reliability.
- Build AI applications using LangChain, LlamaIndex, DSPy, or Haystack.
- Integrate AI/GenAI solutions with enterprise applications and external systems through APIs.
- Work with cloud platforms to develop, test, and deploy AI/GenAI solutions.
- Apply Machine Learning fundamentals to AI solution development and implementation.
- Evaluate and work with different LLMs and GenAI technologies based on business and technical requirements.
- Troubleshoot and optimize AI applications to ensure they are scalable, reliable, and production-ready.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to translate requirements into effective AI/GenAI solutions.





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 35 years of professional experience in AI/ML, software development, or related technology roles.
- Strong hands-on proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of RAG, Embeddings, and Vector Search.
- Practical experience with Prompt Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with one or more of LangChain, LlamaIndex, DSPy, or Haystack.
- Good understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals.
- Experience with API integration.
- Experience working with any Cloud platform.
- Solid problem-solving and debugging skills with the ability to build and troubleshoot AI/GenAI applications.
- Ability to work on production implementations, AI POCs, integrations, and AI agent use cases.
