About the Role

Asto Convention Centre is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Banquet Sales Manager to lead our banquet sales operations, drive revenue, and build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve banquet revenue targets.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Handle wedding, corporate, social, and other event enquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, and corporate accounts.
- Conduct property/site visits and present banquet packages to prospective clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and follow up with clients.
- Coordinate with Operations, F&B;, and other departments for smooth event execution.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and opportunities for business growth.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales and booking process.

Requirements





5 - 7 years of relevant experience in banquet sales, hotel sales, hospitality, or event sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong client relationship and business development skills.
- Valuable knowledge of weddings, corporate events, and banquet operations.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM/sales tools is an advantage.
- Candidates from Kasaragod and Kannur region are preferred.
