Job Title: Computer Science Teacher

Job Summary:

The Computer Science Teacher is responsible for teaching computer science concepts, programming, and digital skills to students. The teacher will create engaging lessons, assess student progress, encourage problem-solving and computational thinking, and support students in developing practical technology skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver engaging Computer Science lessons for students.
- Teach programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, or as required by the curriculum.
- Cover topics including programming, algorithms, databases, networking, cybersecurity, operating systems, and computer fundamentals.
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, projects, quizzes, and examinations.
- Assess and monitor students' academic progress.
- Provide additional support to students who need improvement.
- Encourage logical thinking, creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork.
- Conduct practical laboratory sessions and coding activities.
- Integrate technology and digital tools into classroom teaching.




- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance.
- Participate in school events, meetings, workshops, and professional-development activities.
- Ensure responsible, safe, and ethical use of technology.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Teaching qualification/certification preferred or required according to local regulations.
- Strong knowledge of programming and computer science fundamentals.
- Previous teaching experience is preferred.

- Ability to explain complex concepts in straightforward terms.
