Position: Computer Operator – Marg ERP

About the Role

Recruzaa Alliance is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Computer Operator with hands-on experience in Marg ERP Software to support day-to-day billing, inventory management, data entry, and ERP-related operations.

The ideal candidate will have solid computer proficiency, good working knowledge of Marg ERP, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate records while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations using Marg ERP Software.
- Create and process sales invoices, purchase invoices, quotations, and other commercial documents.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, inventory, customers, and suppliers.
- Perform timely and accurate data entry into the ERP system.
- Monitor and update stock records and assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Generate and maintain sales, purchase, stock, and other MIS/ERP reports.
- Verify data and documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with accounts, sales, purchase, and warehouse teams for smooth business operations.
- Identify discrepancies in billing, inventory,



or system records and report them to the concerned department.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure confidentiality of business information.
- Provide administrative and computer-related support as required by management.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Computer Operator, ERP Operator, Billing Executive, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Marg ERP Software is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer applications.
- Familiarity with billing, inventory, sales, and purchase processes.
- Strong data-entry and numerical accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
