Job Summary The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day dispatch operations, coordinating with customers, transporters, drivers, warehouse teams, and ensuring timely and accurate movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate daily dispatches as per customer orders and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with warehouse and transporters for vehicle placement and loading.
- Prepare dispatch documents and ensure all required documentation is complete.
- Generate and issue E-Way Bills as per applicable GST requirements.
- Generate and issue E-Invoices and ensure correct IRN/QR code generation.
- Verify invoices, delivery challans, quantities, vehicle numbers, transporter details, and other dispatch-related documents.
- Ensure E-Way Bill and E-Invoice details match the sales invoice and actual shipment.
- Coordinate with accounts team for invoice generation and dispatch documentation.
- Track vehicles and shipments until delivery.




- Coordinate with drivers and transporters regarding loading, route, delivery, and delays.
- Update customers regarding dispatch and delivery status.
- Maintain daily dispatch records, vehicle details, transporter details, and delivery documentation.
- Handle cancellation, amendment, or correction of E-Way Bills/E-Invoices wherever required.
- Ensure compliance with GST and company dispatch procedures.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues such as vehicle delays, documentation errors, shortage, or delivery issues.
- Maintain proper records in ERP/software and Excel.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth dispatch operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
