Job Title: Computer Operator Cum Store Assistant

Job Summary The Computer Operator Cum Store Assistant will be responsible for maintaining computer-based records, handling data entry, managing inventory records, and assisting in day-to-day store operations. The role requires accuracy, basic computer knowledge, and good coordination with staff and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain stock and inventory records using computer systems/Excel.
- Enter and update purchase, issue, receipt, and stock-transfer data.
- Prepare invoices, delivery challans, material requisitions, and other store documents.
- Receive incoming materials and verify quantity and basic details against documents.
- Issue materials as per authorized requisitions.
- Maintain proper filing of purchase orders, invoices, GRNs, and other records.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the Store In-charge about shortages or excess stock.
- Assist in periodic physical stock verification.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
- Operate MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word, for data entry and reporting.
- Coordinate with purchase, accounts, production, and other departments regarding material requirements.




- Maintain cleanliness and systematic arrangement of the store.
- Perform other store and computer-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills
- Basic to valuable knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Accurate data-entry and record-maintenance skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and store procedures.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain documents and records systematically.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: Graduate; diploma or relevant computer qualification preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years in store, inventory, data entry, or computer operator work preferred.
- Freshers with good computer and Excel skills may also be considered.
