About the Role

This role owns Dodo Payments' external compliance and regulatory operations — partner and processor submissions, statutory and tax filings, transfer pricing, and compliance certifications. It centralizes the data and coordination currently split across Finance, Risk,

and Legal, so every external questionnaire, filing, and document request gets answered accurately, consistently, and on time.

Responsibilities

● Own partner and processor submissions — underwriting packs for pay-in and payout partners, portal submissions, and a single tracker across all of them

● Maintain one authoritative set of company figures, so that every answer to every institution (processors, regulators, banks, tax authorities) comes from the same place

● Maintain a filing register across all entities — track what is due and when, pull together documents from Finance and Legal, and submit within deadlines; covers statutory and tax filings (GST/VAT, TDS, corporate tax), ROC and MCA filings with the Company Secretary, and coordination with auditors and tax consultants

● Assemble transfer pricing documentation and local files, and coordinate benchmarking work with external advisers, so intercompany transactions stay at arm's length

● Support current entity setup — flag local requirements that affect us financially, and manage the opening of bank accounts

● Maintain corporate documentation — entity registers and corporate packs

● Manage compliance vendors and certifications — SOC 2 and ISO 27001, and others

● Support internal MAP and acceptance policy work — categories, countries, and the

KYC/AML structures under them — routed for sign-off

Requirements





● 3–5 years of experience in compliance operations, regulatory or statutory filings,

company secretarial practice, or a finance compliance function

● CS (Intermediate) or CA (Intermediate) background welcome; equally open to candidates from Big 4 risk & regulatory practices or compliance functions at payments/fintech companies

● Strong organizational skills — comfortable owning trackers, deadlines, and cross-team follow-ups spanning Finance, Risk, and Legal

● Comfortable working across spreadsheets and reconciling figures from multiple sources into a single, consistent record

● No legal qualification required

Success Metrics (3–6 months)

● No statutory deadline missed after handover, across all entities the register covers

● A single maintained set of figures adopted as the source for all processor, regulator,

and bank submissions

● Underwriting and portal submission tracker operational across all partner and processor relationships

● Transfer pricing documentation and local files assembled for the relevant cycle,

coordinated with advisers
