Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end labour law compliances and statutory requirements

- Handle labour compliance audits, inspections, and documentation

- Represent the organization in labour department hearings and proceedings

- Coordinate with labour authorities and regulatory bodies

- Maintain statutory registers and compliance records

Track changes in labour laws and ensure timely implementation

Desired Profile

- Designation: Manager level
- Experience: 10+ years in labour compliance roles

- Strong exposure to labour compliances, audits, and labour department hearings

- Sound knowledge of Indian labour laws

- Good communication and coordination skills
