Role Description This is a full time remote role based in India for a Communications Specialist and Public Speaking Teacher. The role involves designing and delivering engaging online sessions to help learners improve public speaking, presentation skills, and overall confidence in communication. The specialist will create learning materials, practice exercises, and feedback frameworks that support clear, impactful communication and professional presentation.

Daily responsibilities include drafting and reviewing communication content, collaborating with academic and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging, and facilitating workshops or webinars on effective speaking and communication strategies.



The role also requires monitoring learner progress, offering individualized guidance, and continuously refining teaching methods and communication plans based on feedback and outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication and internal communications skills to engage learners and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Candidates should possess writing and press releases skills to craft clear, professional content and external communications.
- Candidates should possess strategic communications skills to align messaging with organizational goals and education initiatives.
- Prior experience in teaching, training, coaching, or facilitation, especially in public speaking or soft skills development, is beneficial.
- Comfort with online teaching platforms, basic digital tools, and virtual classroom management is preferred.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English; proficiency in additional Indian languages is an advantage.
- Relevant academic background in communications, education, media, or related fields is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
