Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Communications Specialist and Public Speaking Teacher serving learners across all regions. The role involves designing and delivering online lessons and workshops focused on public speaking, presentation skills, and effective verbal and non-verbal communication. The specialist will create clear, engaging learning materials, including lesson plans, practice exercises, and assessments, tailored to diverse age groups and learning levels.

Day-to-day tasks include coaching learners in speech structure, storytelling, voice modulation, and audience engagement, as well as providing constructive feedback to build confidence and performance.



The role also includes developing and implementing communication strategies for Fantastiqo’s programs, drafting internal and external communications, and supporting the creation of press releases and other outreach content as needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Internal Communications skills to engage learners, collaborate with team members, and support clear organizational messaging.
- Candidates should possess Writing and Press Releases skills to prepare instructional content, promotional materials, and professional external communications.
- Candidates should possess Strategic Communications skills to plan and execute communication initiatives that align with Fantastiqo’s educational mission and brand.
- Experience in teaching public speaking, debate, or presentation skills in online or hybrid environments is highly beneficial.
- Relevant academic background in Communications, Education, English, Media, or related fields is preferred, along with strong spoken and written English proficiency.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple classes or projects, and use digital tools and e-learning platforms effectively.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, learner-centered teaching practices and respectful, gender-neutral communication with students from diverse backgrounds.
