We're Hiring: E-commerce & Communication Manager (Junior)

nLocation: Adjacent to MG Road, Near Chhatarpur Metro Station, New Delhi

nEmployment Type: Full-Time | Permanent

nSalary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Negotiable based on skills & experience)

nWorking Days: Monday to Saturday

nTimings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

nAbout the Role

nWe're looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized E-commerce & Communication Manager (Junior) to join our team.

nWhether you're a fresher eager to build your career or have up to 1 year of experience, we'd love to hear from you! This role is ideal for someone passionate about fashion, e-commerce, customer communication, and operations.

nPreferred: Candidates from NIFT or Pearl Academy, especially with a background in Fashion Communication.

nKey Responsibilities:

nManage customer communications before and after purchase, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

nHandle Shopify backend and website management.

nManage product launches on the website.

nCoordinate online and offline order management, tracking, and follow-ups.

nBuild and manage relationships with PR agencies, bloggers, overseas buyers, MBOs, and third-party vendors.

nCreate order sheets, buyer line sheets, look-books, and manage customized client orders.

nMaintain website and store inventory accurately.

nCoordinate with merchandising, production,



and logistics teams for timely order dispatch.

nAssist with social media postings and customer queries.

nSupport customers at the physical store and maintain visual merchandising (VM).

nDesired Candidate Profile

nFresher or up to 1 year of experience.

nExcellent command of English (written & spoken).

nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.

nHighly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

nSelf-motivated, proactive, and deadline-driven.

nStrong multitasking and planning abilities.

nTeam player with a positive attitude.

nExposure to the fashion industry is an added advantage.
