Role Description The Communications Specialist and Public Speaking Teacher (India) is a remote, contract role focused on developing learners’ communication and public speaking skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering online lessons, workshops, and practice sessions on verbal communication, presentation skills, and confidence-building. The role involves creating clear, engaging teaching materials, providing constructive feedback to learners, and guiding them through structured exercises such as speeches, debates, and group discussions.

The specialist will also support Fantastiqo’s communications initiatives by drafting internal messages or announcements when needed,



collaborating with the broader team to maintain consistent, learner-centered communication standards, and tracking learner progress to refine teaching strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Internal Communications skills to teach and model clear, confident, and professional interaction.
- Candidates should possess Writing and Press Releases skills to craft structured speeches, instructional content, and formal communications when required.
- Candidates should possess Strategic Communications skills to align teaching approaches and messaging with Fantastiqo’s educational mission and audience needs.
- Relevant experience in teaching public speaking, communications, or soft skills training (online or in-person) is highly beneficial.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills in virtual learning environments are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Education, English, or a related field is advantageous; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Comfort with digital learning platforms, reliable internet access, and the ability to work independently with learners across diverse backgrounds are expected.
