Commis Chef (1 / 2 / 3)

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of food items and recipes according to PizzaExpress specifications using different cooking methods.

- Complete kitchen preparation and ensure all ingredients and stations are ready according to company standards.

- Follow recipe procedures accurately to maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation.

- Ensure proper execution of food preparation and cooking processes.

- Follow all company safety, hygiene, and sanitation policies and procedures.

- Ensure food orders are prepared and dispatched continuously and efficiently.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen.

- Complete assigned pre-work, including stocking ingredients and setting up workstations.

- Perform shift-change duties as well as opening and closing kitchen responsibilities.

- Assist other kitchen team members whenever required or as business needs dictate.





- Maintain a positive and skilled working relationship with team members and managers.

- Follow company standards and procedures to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

- Represent the PizzaExpress brand professionally at all times.
