Key Responsibilities – Commis Assist in preparation of food items as per recipes and standards Perform basic cutting, chopping, and mise-en-place preparation Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation as per company standards Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times Follow food safety, storage, and temperature control guidelines Support senior chefs during service hours Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials Minimize wastage and follow portion control standards Assist in receiving and checking kitchen stock Follow grooming, hygiene, and safety SOPs strictly Support in opening and closing kitchen duties
