Job Summary :

The SuccessFactors Recruiting &

- Recruiting Marketing Consultant is responsible for the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and ongoing support of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Recruiting Marketing (RMK). This role partners closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and IT stakeholders to deliver an optimized end-to-end candidate experience, scalable recruitment processes, and data-driven hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM) :

- Configure and maintain job requisitions, job applications, offer management, and hiring workflows in SuccessFactors Recruiting.
- Design and optimize recruiting business processes, including :
- Job posting approvals
- Candidate status workflows
- Interview scheduling
- Offer approvals and extensions
- Configure requisition templates, application templates, and offer letter templates.
- Support integration with :
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Background check vendors

- Job boards and agencies
- SAP Onboarding (1.0 / 2.0)
- Manage role-based permissions (RBP) and ensure compliance with data privacy and audit requirements.
- Provide functional support, issue resolution, and root-cause analysis for recruiting users.
- Prepare and support release upgrades, regression testing, and quarterly enhancements.

SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing (RMK) :

- Configure and manage career sites, landing pages, and candidate journeys.
- Support Employer Branding initiatives through RMK CMS and content management.
- Manage job distribution, SEO optimization, and social media integrations.
- Enable and optimize talent pools, campaigns, and candidate nurturing.
- Configure tracking, source analytics,



and campaign reporting.
- Partner with Talent Marketing teams to align branding and messaging across channels.
- Ensure a mobile-friendly and inclusive candidate experience.

Stakeholder &

- Project Collaboration :
- Act as the functional SME for Recruiting and Recruiting Marketing modules.
- Gather and translate business requirements into scalable solution designs.
- Facilitate workshops, demos, and user training sessions.
- Create solution documentation, process flows, and user guides.
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.

- Technical Skills :
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM).
- Strong working knowledge of SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing (RMK).
- Experience with :
- Job requisition and application configuration
- Candidate workflows and offer management
- Career site builder / CMS
- RMK analytics and source tracking
- Understanding of Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
- Experience with integrations and third-party recruiting vendors.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors quarterly release cycle.

Qualified Skills :

- Ability to translate business needs into system solutions.

- Experience working in Agile or project-based delivery models.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Recruiting Management and Recruiting Marketing.
- Experience in global or multi-country recruiting implementations.
- Exposure to data privacy regulations (GDPR, local compliance).
- Prior experience in HRIS, HCM consulting, or Talent Acquisition technology roles.

Education :

- Relevant SAP certifications preferred.
