About the Role

Amartex Industries Ltd. is looking for an experienced Cluster Visual Merchandiser to manage visual merchandising standards across multiple stores within an assigned cluster. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining attractive store presentations, implementing VM guidelines, improving product visibility and supporting sales through effective visual displays.

Key Responsibilities

Store Visual Merchandising

- Manage visual merchandising activities across multiple stores in the assigned cluster.
- Ensure all stores follow Amartex's approved VM standards, layouts and display guidelines.
- Plan and execute attractive product displays based on season, category, collection and sales priorities.
- Ensure effective placement of key merchandise, new arrivals, promotional products and high-margin categories.
- Maintain proper window displays, mannequins, fixtures, signage and promotional areas.

Store Walkthrough & VM Audit

- Conduct regular visits to stores within the assigned cluster.
- Perform VM audits and identify gaps in store presentation.
- Prepare audit reports and ensure corrective actions are completed within timelines.
- Monitor cleanliness, display standards, product density, size/colour sequencing and overall customer experience.
- Ensure displays remain fresh, organized and commercially effective.

Campaign & Seasonal Execution

- Execute seasonal, festive, promotional and new collection displays across stores.
- Coordinate implementation of central VM campaigns and promotions.
- Ensure timely changeover of displays according to business calendars.
- Develop practical display ideas suited to individual store size, location and customer profile.





Sales & Commercial Focus

- Use visual merchandising techniques to improve product visibility, customer engagement and sales conversion.
- Study store sales and category performance to improve display placement.
- Highlight fast-moving, new and strategically important products.
- Coordinate with Store Managers to understand customer preferences and sales opportunities.

Coordination & Team Management

- Work closely with Store Managers, Retail Operations, Merchandising and Marketing teams.
- Guide store teams on correct VM practices and display execution.
- Train and coach store staff on basic visual merchandising standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, printers and internal teams for fixtures, signage and promotional material where required.

Inventory & Display Management

- Ensure displayed merchandise is adequately replenished.
- Avoid empty, overcrowded or poorly presented display areas.
- Coordinate with store teams for product movement required for VM execution.
- Ensure proper folding, hanging, colour blocking and product sequencing.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Visual Merchandising for Apparel/Retail.
- Store layout and space planning.
- Window display and mannequin styling.
- Knowledge of colour coordination, product presentation and visual storytelling.
- Strong understanding of fashion and retail trends.
- Ability to analyze store presentation and identify improvement areas.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong execution and coordination abilities.
- Team training and supervision.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and basic VM reporting.
- Ability to travel between multiple stores within the assigned cluster.

Qualification

- Graduate/Diploma in Fashion Design, Visual Merchandising, Retail Management or a related field.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Visual Merchandising.
- Experience in apparel, fashion retail, department stores or multi-store retail will be preferred.
