Role Description The Cluster Head role at airpay vyaapaar is a full-time, in office position based in Lucknow. This role is responsible for managing and growing a defined cluster of local stores, ensuring effective adoption and usage of the company’s banking and financial services offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing store onboarding, monitoring performance metrics, guiding store partners on service delivery and customer experience, and resolving operational issues.

Head collaborates with internal teams to implement business strategies, drive revenue growth,



and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves regular field visits, mentoring local teams, and building strong relationships with store owners and community stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising field or sales teams.
- Proven ability in business development, channel management, or retail/merchant network expansion.
- Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or related sectors, preferably in last-mile or rural/urban retail environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship management skills.
- Comfort with data analysis and performance tracking to manage KPIs and drive cluster-level outcomes.
- Ability to work on-site with frequent field travel within the cluster and adapt to dynamic market conditions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and local languages spoken in and around Lucknow; strong cultural awareness and customer-centric mindset.
