We are looking for a Clinic Receptionist to manage the front desk and assist patients at our Ayurvedic Hospital in Naupada, Thane.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist patients and visitors.
- Handle incoming calls and patient enquiries.
- Manage doctor appointments and patient registrations.
- Maintain patient records and appointment details.
- Coordinate with doctors and hospital staff.
- Handle basic billing, payments and receipts.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and visits.
- Maintain daily reception and patient records.
- Provide information about hospital services, timings and treatments.
- Handle WhatsApp messages and basic patient communication.




- Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polite and skilled personality.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good patient-handling and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Marathi speaking preferred/required.
- Hindi and basic English communication skills will be an advantage.

Qualification 12th Pass / Graduate Candidates with experience in Clinic, Hospital, Ayurvedic Centre, Healthcare Reception or Front Desk will be preferred.
