Client-Servicing Intern (Full-time, On-site)

Designation: Account Management & Client-Servicing Intern

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:30-6:30

Experience: 0-1 year

Overview We are looking for an experienced, assertive and detail-oriented Client-Servicing intern with prior agency experience to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for major FMCG and D2C clients, managing day-to-day communication and ensuring seamless project execution. You will work closely with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and production, to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, handling all day-to-day communications and requests
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production) to manage project deliverables and timelines
- Provide proactive updates and problem-solve client issues to maintain satisfaction
- Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and ensure that all services align with their goals




- Ensure client expectations are clearly communicated and met
- Contribute to project briefs, presentations, and status reports for clients
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients

Qualifications

- Education background such as BBA, MBA, Media and Communication, Advertising, PR or any related field
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and close loops effectively
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Someone with a proactive approach to problem-solving
