Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to manage client relationships, understand their requirements, ensure client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, requirements, and concerns.
- Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
- Regularly follow up with clients regarding ongoing projects and services.
- Handle client complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure timely delivery of services and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Prepare client reports, updates, proposals, and presentations when required.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and requirements.
- Conduct regular client follow-ups and meetings.
- Track client feedback and share insights with the management team.
- Support business development and client retention initiatives.
