About Us

Mi Young Korean Aesthetics is a skin and hair clinic in Thane specialising in advanced Korean aesthetic treatments. We work with clients who are serious about their skin health and expect a high standard of care, starting from their very first interaction with us.

We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive who will be the first point of contact for every potential client.

Your Role

You will manage all incoming client inquiries and convert them into confirmed clinic appointments. This includes responding to leads on WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone, following up consistently, and making sure interested clients actually visit the clinic.

This is a calling and coordination role. The quality of your communication directly affects the clinic's growth.

What You Will Do

- Respond to all incoming inquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone promptly
- Call back leads who have shown interest but have not booked yet
- Follow up with prospects regularly until they book or clearly decline
- Re-engage clients who missed their appointment or stopped responding
- Maintain complete and updated lead records in Excel and CRM Software every day




- Schedule and confirm appointments in coordination with the clinic team

What We Are Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a calling or client-facing sales role
- Fluent and confident in spoken English, as this is the primary language used with clients
- Fluent in Hindi and Marathi
- Clear and skilled communication with the ability to hold a real conversation and handle objections naturally
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, EdTech, or insurance is an advantage
- Organised and disciplined with data, and comfortable maintaining Excel records daily
