Designation: Client Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable subscription-based financial products such as trading software, option trading advisory services, and investment products across Equity, Derivatives, Currency, and Commodity markets.
- Conduct regular client interactions to understand their needs, provide product information, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Assist clients with trading strategies, robotic trading software, and API-based auto trade execution platforms.
- Conduct webinars and seminars to educate clients about financial products and market opportunities.
- Handle outbound calling activities for client follow-ups, seminar and webinar invitations, and lead generation.
- Stay updated with stock market trends, financial products, and industry developments.
- Coordinate with branches and franchise locations for client meetings,



seminars, and training programs.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling financial products to existing clients.
- Independently manage client meetings, presentations, follow-ups, and relationship-building activities.
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve client engagement, retention, and business growth.

Skills Required

- Fresher / Experienced.
- Graduate / Post-graduate in any stream.
- Should be a self-starter, proactive & target oriented.
- Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills.
- Must have good Convincing & Communication Skills.
- Good customer handling and problem-solving skills.
