Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to new and existing customer leads.
- Understand customer preferences, requirements and purchase intent.
- Engage customers in a warm, natural and professional manner.
- Follow up consistently with interested customers and prospects.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into store visits and sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the retail/store teams for customer visits and requirements.
- Ensure a premium and consistent customer experience across every interaction.
- Achieve defined calling, lead generation, follow-up and conversion targets.
- Share customer feedback and insights with the team.
