Role Overview

We’re hiring a sharp, detail-driven Profile Verification Executive to validate and update user profiles registered on our platform. This role is outbound-calling heavy and suits someone who is comfortable with volume, accuracy, and structured processes.

Key Responsibilities

Make 180–200 outbound calls daily to registered users

Verify and update profile information including employment, role, and experience  Ensure accuracy and completeness of data captured during calls

Follow defined verification guidelines and quality standards

Maintain proper documentation and system updates

Communicate clearly and professionally with users

Learn process nuances quickly and adapt to changes

Support customer profile-related queries as required Eligibility & Requirements

Any graduate or equivalent qualification preferred

Prior cold calling experience is mandatory

Recruitment or staffing experience is an added advantage

Strong verbal communication skills in English

High attention to detail with logical thinking ability

Rapid learner with a positive, adaptable mindset

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
