Roles and Responsibilities:

Safety Engineer:

- Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations, construction standards, and site safety procedures.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
- Monitor site activities and working conditions to identify and control potential hazards.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safe working practices.
- Support emergency preparedness and site safety awareness programs.
- Report, investigate, and document accidents, incidents, and near misses.
- Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain safety records, inspection reports, permits, and other required documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams,



contractors, consultants, and vendors to maintain safety standards.

Site Engineer:

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day civil construction activities.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and ensure work is executed as per approved requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and work schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards and QA/QC procedures are followed.
- Identify technical issues, site constraints, and delays and coordinate corrective actions.
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, quantity measurements, and billing documentation.
- Maintain daily site reports, progress records, inspection reports, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with design, MEP, QA/QC, and safety teams for smooth project execution.
- Support testing, snag rectification, project handover, and close-out activities.
