Job Summary

We are looking for a Civil Engineer with 2+ years of experience to manage vendor coordination and operational activities related to civil works, projects, materials, and site requirements. The candidate should have good technical knowledge, vendor management skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with civil work vendors, contractors, and service providers for ongoing requirements.
- Manage vendor enquiries, quotations, negotiations, work orders, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with site and operations teams to understand project requirements.
- Monitor civil works, material requirements, quality, and timelines.
- Conduct site visits and inspect ongoing civil works as required.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Verify measurements, work completion, and vendor bills before submission for approval.
- Coordinate procurement and timely availability of civil materials and services.
- Track vendor performance, delivery schedules, and work completion.
- Resolve operational and vendor-related issues in coordination with the concerned departments.




- Maintain proper records of vendors, quotations, work orders, measurements, and project-related documents.
- Support cost control and ensure optimum utilization of materials and resources.
- Prepare regular updates and reports on ongoing civil and operational activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and project requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Civil Engineering, Vendor Management, Operations, Site Coordination, or related roles.
- Experience in handling civil contractors/vendors is preferred.
- Good knowledge of civil construction activities, materials, and site execution.
- Robust vendor coordination and negotiation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage priorities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and other reporting tools.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings and BOQs will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel to project/site locations when required.
- Autocad Software Tool

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
