We are looking for an experienced Structural Steel Draftsman to prepare detailed structural steel fabrication, erection, and GA (General Arrangement) drawings for steel structure projects. The candidate should have strong expertise in structural steel detailing, shop drawings, connection detailing, and material take-offs, with proficiency in AutoCAD and a thorough understanding of industrial steel structures.

Key Responsibilities

 Prepare detailed structural steel fabrication, erection, and GA drawings for industrial steel structure projects.

 Develop shop drawings, assembly drawings, connection details, and erection sequencing drawings.

 Create detailed drawings for:

o Atrium Skylights o Car parking structures o Domes

 Prepare bolt, weld, and connection detailing as per design requirements.

 Generate Bill of Materials (BOM), material take-offs, and steel quantity reports.

 Coordinate with structural engineers, mechanical engineers, and project teams.

 Incorporate client comments and site modifications into drawings.

 Ensure compliance with IS Codes, project specifications, and industry standards.





 Maintain drawing revision records and project documentation.

Required Skills

 Proficiency in AutoCAD(2D and 3D).

 Strong knowledge of structural steel detailing and industrial steel structures.

 Experience in Tensile or PEB Structures projects.

 Knowledge of fabrication and erection drawings.

 Understanding of steel connections, welding, and bolting details.

 Ability to prepare BOMs and material quantity reports.

 Good coordination and communication skills.
