1. QS & BBS Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) as per structural drawings.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and detailed quantity calculations.
- Assist in preparation of BOQ, measurement sheets and billing.
- Coordinate with site teams for verification of executed quantities.
- Check drawings, specifications and identify quantity discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation and quantity records.

Eligibility:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil Engineering.
- 04 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates with valuable knowledge of AutoCAD & Excel will be preferred.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply.

2. Interior Fit-Out Engineer

Experience: 7+ Years

Location: Willingness to Relocate Required

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise interior fit-out and finishing works at project sites.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors and client representatives.
- Monitor site execution as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Plan and monitor daily site activities, manpower and material requirements.
- Review drawings and coordinate with MEP and other services.
- Monitor project progress, quality and timelines.
- Identify and resolve site issues and ensure timely completion of works.
- Prepare progress reports, measurements and site documentation.

Eligibility:





- Diploma in Interior Design or B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out projects.
- Must be willing to relocate to different project locations as per project requirements.

3. Senior Project Manager

Experience: 20+ Years

Vacancy: 1

Location: Mumbai Western Line

Key Responsibilities:

- Overall management and execution of construction projects.
- Lead project teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and vendors.
- Ensure projects are delivered within approved time, cost, quality and safety parameters.
- Review project schedules, budgets, manpower and resource requirements.
- Monitor project progress and take corrective action wherever required.
- Manage client meetings, project coordination and contractual matters.
- Review drawings, BOQs , specifications, billing and variations.
- Lead and mentor project manager, engineers and site team.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting and project close-out.

Eligibility:

- B.E. / B.Tech. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 20+years of relevant experience in construction projects & PMC.
- Strong leadership, project management and client coordination skills.
- Candidates with experience handling multiple sites will be preferred.
