Design and Planning

- Concept creation: Turn client needs into visual plans and 3D models.

- Space planning: Design functional room layouts and traffic flow.

- Site analysis: Study local soil, weather, and surroundings before building.

- Sustainable choices: Pick green materials and energy-saving systems.

Load calculations: Check weight, wind, and ground limits for safety.

- Code compliance: Follow local zoning laws and safety rules.

- Blueprint creation: Draw exact technical guides for builders.

- Team communication: Link clients, builders, and specialty engineers.

- Cost estimation: Predict material and labor expenses based on drawings and prepare potential cost reports

- Site supervision: Solve real-time building problems and track schedules.

- BE / B Tech or Diploma candidates with experience in AutoCAD drawings and managing architectural drawings for civil projects.

- Positive English and Hindi communication is required
